Schoenstaub GmbH – General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “General T&C”)
The present General T&C shall apply to all orders submitted via the website www.schoenstaub.com (hereinafter “the Site”).
Representation on the Site
Schoenstaub GbmH shall display on the Site products for sale along with information that allows the potential buyer to identify, prior to placing an order, the main features of the products. Any corresponding representation of goods and colours featured on the Site, however, shall be given as a guide only. Such information shall have no contract value and shall not in any way invoke the liability of Schoenstaub GmbH
An offer to purchase shall be formed when the Buyer submits an order, which we accept by sending a confirmation e-mail. Schoenstaub GmbH reserves the right to refuse any offer to purchase made by the Buyer at our exclusive and full discretion, particularly in the event that stocks of the goods ordered have been exhausted.
The prices stated are expressed in Swiss francs. These prices are excl. VAT and shipping. Any other taxes to be paid by the Buyer.
Schoenstaub GmbH. reserves the right to amend these prices at any time.
When ordering goods from Schoenstaub for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country, Schoenstaub is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Schoenstaub cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
Delivery shall be made directly to the postal address indicated by the Buyer at the time of placing the order.
Delivery lead times shall be given as a guide only. These shall have no contract value and shall not in any way invoke the liability of Schoenstaub GmbH.
The term of the guarantee on our carpets is one year from the time of delivery. In case of inappropriate use of the product, any claims under guarantee shall lapse. Normal aging and of the product (discoloration or altered appearance) and shading is not covered by the guarantee. Nor will we admit any liability for consequential damages.
We accept the following methods of payment via Paypal: Visa, Mastercard, Amercian Express and Paypal.
Reservation of title
The goods shall remain the property of Schoenstaub GmbH until full payment has been received.
Right to return
Schoenstaub GmbH will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and agreement. Items in good condition (non-used items in new condition) that can be resold may be exchanged for a voucher within 10 days of purchase.
Returns of purchased items should be sent back, including all packaging and without any traces of use. The customer has to pay all shipping cost for returns and exchanges.
If the item gets lost during the return shipping, Schoenstaub GmbH will not refund the amount. We recommend sending the goods using a track & trace shipping service.
In the event of a production error or incorrect delivery, Schoenstaub will exchange the item in question for one in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for the return of any item
Faults and defects
Visible faults and defects, including delivery errors, must be reported immediately and no later than 5 (five) working days from receipt of the delivery.
Hidden faults and defects and faults and defects that subsequently appear must be reported immediately and no later than 5 (five) working days from the date of their discovery.

The content of the Site, including texts, graphics, photos and other illustrations of any kind, is protected by copyright and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Schoenstaub GmbH. This content may not be used for any purpose other than the consultation of the Site without the prior written agreement of Schoenstaub GmbH.
All contracts concluded with Schoenstaub GmbH shall be governed by Swiss Law with the exclusion of the provisions arising from the Federal Law on Private International Law.
Any disputes arising directly or indirectly from the conclusion, interpretation or performance of a contract concluded with Schoenstaub GmbH in accordance with the General T&C shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Wollerau, Schwyz.
