No matter where life leads you, every journey begins at home.
Schoenstaub is a lifestyle brand, founded in 2012 in Zurich, focused on interior objects and accessories – specialised in woven carpets. The brand’s ambition is to create original and innovative products with contemporary designs that withstand the test of time. Schoenstaub is a progressive company, committed to continuously pushing the boundaries of aesthetic, creative and technological advancement; constantly searching for the ideal combination of functionality, quality, and ethical production. Follow us along the way on Instagram and Facebook.
The collections of carpets and accessories are developed under the creative direction of Nadja Stäubli, the founder of Schoenstaub, and are being managed by Stephanie Aebischer, who joined the team 3 years ago as head of sales. Together we draw our inspiration from the world around us and from contemporary society’s greatest obsessions: the dynamics of art, fashion and music, which we seek to condense into durable, high-quality objects for the everyday.
With our ability to combine thoughtful design with experience and technical knowledge, we develop inspirational flooring solutions and a variety of other products. We want to nurture a marketplace built on craftsmanship, quality and innovation. Our extensive and continuously growing collections of carpets, textiles and home accessories are all designed in Zurich and manufactured in Europe and the United States of America.
When it comes to innovation in the field of weaving techniques for carpets, schoenstaub’s partner company is one of the leading enterprises in the world. We are very happy to closely develop with them new technologies for the realization of our ideas and designs. Some of our concepts are even inspired by the technological possibilities in terms of precise weaving in the finest quality. Photorealistic motives, graphic elements, fine drawings or the combining of different weaving techniques in one carpet – all of it is possible in a remarkable resolution of 1.5 Million dots per square meter.
